Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at Fresh Asian Fusion. The ambiance was very relaxing and pleasant. For starters, I ordered Fritert scampi, which was perfectly fried to a golden brown, and juicy scampi within. The accompanying dipping sauce had just the right balance of flavours, providing a tangy and mildly spicy taste. The next dish was the Tempura maki, a tasty and delicious sushi roll. It is a must-try. For the main course, I tried Pang Pang biff. The beef slices were crispy, and blended with veggies, sauce and served with rice. The dish was perfectly balanced with hints of sweetness, tanginess and spiciness. For desert, I ordered Sjokoladeterrin, which was a true masterpiece served with ice cream and orange slices. The chocolate terrine was rich and velvety, and the ice cream was exceptionally rich and creamy. The combination added a delightful tartness. This is a must-try desert at the restaurant. Overall, my visit to Fresh asian fusion was awesome and delicious. The cost of the dishes is affordable and reasonable, with a total cost of 526kr. Fresh Asian Fusion Helsfyr is a gem for Asian cuisine lovers! The sushi and Asian dishes here are exceptionally well-prepared, offering a delightful blend of flavors and freshness that truly satisfies. Their selection of beers complements the meals perfectly, adding to the overall dining experience.

While the prices may be slightly on the higher side, the quality of the food and service more than make up for it. The ambiance is pleasant and inviting, making it a great place for both casual meals and special occasions.

Yesterday I ordered specifically a meal without chicken and when I got home I opened the box and there was chicken inside. (When picking up the meal the first time the cashier confirmed that it was without chicken) After a phone call they remade the food but I had to go back to pick it up while other people eating with me had their dinner. The Pa Thai noodles used were also strongly overcooked and the flavour was not there. Things I could have gone over if at least I would have gotten...
