Grisen — Restaurant in Oslo

We had a reservation for 17. We were placed in what felt like a back room because the lighting was low on an otherwise sunny day. Admittedly one in our party was running late, so we weren’t immediately ready to order. But once we’d all settled down we notified the bar we were ready to order. By 17.40 my children were getting very restless, so I complained at the bar that we need someone to come take our order soon. And could we please have a piece of paper so I can occupy my children with something? At 18.30ish they served us two burgers, and a salad we didn’t order. When the burgers were half eaten they brought out two plates of cold fish. My halloumi burger never showed. Everyone else finished eating, and at 18.50 we decided to leave. 50 mins to serve a burger is a joke. The flavour of the food was good enough. But the quality was poor, and the table service was very poor. Cannot recommend...

When we were here there were a lot of people which unfortunately might affect the food quality even though it shouldn't. Good service, but a bit too much for us. Overall an ok experience.

The service was good, but for me it was a bit too much [5/5]. I ordered the burger, it was very disappointing. The fries was the highlight of the dish, thought there were no salt on the food or our table. You could not choose how you wanted your burger, so you get it 'well done'. The mix of ingredients in it is also a bit off, there was too much coleslaw and too little of the other stuff so the coleslaw was overwhelming [2.5/5]. The looks are ok, not amazing but they have a style and go for it. It felt like an 'old bar' style look [4/5]. Not sure about the music since we sat outside, but we could not here any...

Today i happened to visit along with my asian friend. The blonde waitress was very rude from the moment we step in. She was very unwelcoming and very unhappy upon seeing us. She was moving us from tables. Even half of the bar was empty inside. She took our order in very unprofessional way. Did not bother to deliver our order. Upon asking on where is our drinks she said in very bad way. Will come soon. She was smiling with Norwegian and very rude towards us Totally racist. When i told her manager about waitress she even said yes i know she is like that but she did not do any action. They do not even deserve a single star. Very bad service , very bad staff. Very...
