How does a commercial establishment want to have more power than the law? In the law it says that commercial establishments cannot refuse to pay in cash. And in this commercial space they don't accept cash. They must think they have more power than the law to refuse cash payments. There is still no law that says that shops can refuse to pay in cash. Too bad I don't know where I can make a complaint. In Portugal all establishments have complaint books and as I am new here I do not know where to do since the cafe maid says she does not have a...

Like chill-out music? Check their playlist on Spotify 'Joe and the Juice'. Try their tuna sandwich. It's great. Oh and check their app if you become a frequent customer. Ask for David (Nordstrand store). Excellent guy! Use their website to rate the service and please insist they should get rid of plastics asap. Missing one star just because of that.

UPDATE: David is now Bar Manager and he deserved the promotion! They have also moved from plastic to paper straws and recycled...

Hei! Dårlig kundeservice!!! Jeg var i fjor i November på Joe & the juice på sæter senteret kjøpte varer for 1400kr betalte med kort plutselig kom jeg på at hvis jeg betaler med appen deres for jeg rabatt neste gang. Spurte kassereren om å bruke appen så sa han at da må han annullere hele bestillingen og slå den på nytt og det gjorde han. Sjekket min konto og sa til han at pengene har ikke kommet inn på konto han sa de kommer tar bare litt tid. Men pengene kom aldri på konto😕 Varer for 1400kr betalte jeg 2800kr. Har snakket med flere ansatter på sæter men alle sier bare en ting send e-post til hovedkontoret sendte tusenvis av e-post til hovedkontoret deres uten noe svar. Vet ikke hva jeg skal gjøre det har gått...
