I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment my wife and I received at your Burger King location at Stavangerveien 32, 4313 Sandnes on 20.07.24. The incident occurred during the evening when my wife was alone with our four children inside the restaurant.
While I was outside retrieving diapers from our car, my wife entered the restaurant with our children. She was approached by the manager, who told her that she could not wear her shoes in the play area while attending to our child. I understand and respect the rules regarding the play area; however, the manner in which the manager conveyed this message was highly disrespectful and inappropriate.
When my wife informed me about the encounter, I felt compelled to address the issue with the manager directly. I approached her politely and requested that she not speak to my wife disrespectfully. Instead of acknowledging my concern, the manager reiterated her position in a condescending tone, asserting her authority and dismissing my concerns about her behavior.
To make matters worse, other staff members, despite recognizing the manager’s disrespectful conduct, chose to side with her, even laughing about the situation. This added to our humiliation and distress.
As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. The behavior exhibited by the manager and staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. Such conduct not only tarnishes the reputation of Burger King but also creates a hostile environment for customers.
I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe it is important for your organization to address such issues promptly and effectively. No customer should have to endure the kind of disrespect and poor service that we experienced. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that similar incidents do not occur...

I used to love the food and service from this Burger King, but neither food nor service from the one in the Sentrum. To get food delivery, both Wolt and Foodora will only deliver to me from the Sentrum, even though it's farther away from my home, so I can't get delivery from this Burger King. The problem is that they have shut down their website and even their phone app, so you can no longer place your order online and then go pick it up, which my son says he will only go there and pick up my order, but he doesn't want to place the order himself in the line and have to talk to me on the phone to ask me what choices I want on my burger, and I can't blame him because there are many. He said it didn't matter last time because they at least had a self-service menu machine that he could use inside the store and he could call me while using the machine without having to bother a food server. Read moreTo the "restaurant": You don't get to decide, how many of the items will you deliver, and notify us AFTER you send out the half complete order. Not enough that we had to wait for more than an hour to get the cold order, but to leave items out and not tell us before... An order is an order alltogether. It can be modified ONLY IF the other party is agreeing to it. But if I order for 2, 3, 4 or any number of people, do you really think it's fair to take my money, and then make one of us to eat his/her burger while the other member(s) of the group watching it with an empty stomach?
