McDonald's Kvadrat — Restaurant in Sandnes

I used to work there. I loved the working atmosphere . But i had to quit from there because of the racial profiling i was facing. I tried to talk the owner. But he didn't even give me to talk or say hi. I didn't know who else i to talk to. The manager was the main problem i had. I am black and he would ask me like '' does your family live on tree or he would ask me about my gf by saying '' is she with you because of you have big d**k? Some customers heard that and wrote in one news paper under headline '' IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN DESTROY YOUR LIFE, THEN SEND THEM TO MCDONALDS KVADRAT ''.And i agree. It is rate to see people wash their hands . We once caught 2 rats fighting. But the manager at that time warned us not to talk about it. They even touch the food right after they came from toilet break. I advice people to Burger king. or other...

I'm willing to look past the fact that sometimes the tables will be dirty when I get there, after all sometimes people will have just left a table and cleaning up on time can be difficult. I am not willing to ignore the fact that through an entire year of covid there are still workers here who put face masks under their noses or even on their chins. There are two workers in particular I see doing this every time I'm there while they're working. I've also seen kitchen workers partially removing their masks to talk to one another and then continue making food without changing gloves as recently as July 2021. I have left "mcfeedbacks" about these issues from as early as a year ago but nothing is being done to ensure workers comply with healt and safety instructions in the middle of an ongoing...

The food is McDonald's standard but the customer service, especially on the night shift, is just awful. The wait is usually incredibly long, the staff are more interested chatting with each other and they somehow forget their one order.

On two separate occasions I and my roommate have had to wait for 25-30 mins for a Big Mac meal, the second and last time we came to the restaurant they completely forgot the order and the Kasse staff began a lengthy conversation, periodically looking towards us and acting confused as to why we were waiting. How can someone wait five minutes before asking a customer if they can help?

Considering McDonalds wages aren't bad in Norway and they receive extra for night shifts, the staff...
