Bait AlYasmine Restaurant and Cafe — Restaurant in Muscat

The place is very good with nice vibe. Actually it was one of the best in Muscat but, I visited the restaurant with my family today and we were disappointed, the service was really bad. first of all we did not like the way the waiter was talking to us in the beginning. We received the wrong order and the bread came cold and they never brought us more or even asked us if we need more bread or anything else . Also our Mix grill did not come for along time to the point that we thought they will not bring it. We then asked for the bill and again they brought the wrong bill. They changed it and brought the bill with mix grill in it. I told them we did not get the mix grill and while we are taking they brought it. The waiter wanted me to pay for it saying that it takes 20 minutes to be ready and it actually took way more than 20 minutes. I told him no problem I will take it with me since I did not want to stay in the this restaurant anymore . I then gave the mix grill to some worker outside.

Note that I have visited this restaurant several times before and I never had this bad experience. Any way I will never go to this restaurant again, I truly wasted my time and my money. All of this happened because of the waiter who works there. I hope that the management of the restaurant do something about this as Iam sure this kind of customer service will impact their sales...
