Kabab Planet -Al Khuwair — Restaurant in Muscat

We went as a family of 4 during a weekday for Dinner. The food was good. Especially the Kababs were tender and juicy.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The inside ambience was good.⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not suitable for kids to wait or sit outside and enjoy the weather because of the smokers and the smell of cigarettes outside the restaurant.

The 1 star is for the useless waitresses. They were not suggesting anything to order and were simply asking us to choose from their online menu which has no description of the food, thumbnail size pictures can’t be zoomed and does not mention the portion size. They just noted what we ordered and left our table. The 500ml water bottles were already crushed from the bottom and would not stand on the table which they never even bothered to replace and left them as it it so they kept falling every now and then. The ultimate part was, after our dinner, the waitress started cleaning the table and the table mats in a very rude, intrusive and disturbing manner as if no one was sitting on the table while we were still seated and waiting for our tea. She left only after seeing my wife stare at her in disbelief. The waitress already knew what she was doing was wrong and left the table immediately. What should have been our favorite Iranian restaurant because of the food and considering the proximity to our home turned out to a place where we might not visit again because of poor...

Back again with my favorite lunch places, irani food are really delicious my first visit to kebab planet was magnificent, the place is so amazing the waiter sina was so helpful knowing her role and answered all my questions about the menu and food, i have white rice with minced kebeb and kebab cubes both are cooked in a juicy way makes your mouth watery. I used to rate another restaurant 10/10 but here they have won 10/10 and am sure going back to them with family.

Recommendations 1- reduce price at least 10 percent and the small bowl of yogurt cost 1.700 OR thats over expensive 2- hopping that you complementary serve your guests with bread and cheese that will surely make them come back 3- some voices were coming from the kitchen its could be ignored but it was a bit loud 4- portion of rice should be a bit more

Kebab Planet has some of the best food I’ve ever tasted in muscat. The flavors are fantastic, the meat is always perfectly cooked, and every bite is truly satisfying. It’s hard to resist their delicious offerings.

However, I’ve had a recurring issue: every time I eat there, I end up with diarrhea. It’s been consistent enough that I started to question whether the taste was worth the aftermath. Today, though, things took a turn—I ended up throwing up after my meal, which pushed me to finally write this review.

If you’re looking for great food and are willing to risk some potential stomach trouble, Kebab Planet might still be worth it. But for me, I think this will be my last visit.

(Update) I ended up with food poisoning and spent the rest of the night at the hospital. I wont be coming back...
