I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality extended to me during my recent stay at your hotel last week. I would like to extend my special appreciation to Mrs. Asma, whose attention to detail and warm demeanor made my stay truly memorable. Additionally, I would like to commend the front desk staff for their help. Also, many thanks for the housekeeping team, whose meticulous efforts in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of my room were greatly appreciated. Lastly, I would like to thank the restaurant staff for the delectable meals throughout my stay.

Just a simple note, please be informed that making the parking opposite the exit in the lower parking lots available would significantly enhance the smooth exit of vehicles, particularly larger ones. This modification would greatly benefit everyone.

A true hidden gem! Frankincense Hotel is incredibly neat, functional, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for business trips, yet still feels cozy and homey.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with just the right touch of elegance and simplicity.

One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of both sunrise and sunset, with a clean, open horizon free from cramped buildings—a rare and peaceful bonus.

The Hotel Manager Mr. Suraj Vinayan, Chef Amir, Housekeeping and Restaurant staff Rabbi, Minal, Bader, Mohammed, Bravo, and basically all hotel staff are well trained to attend to the guests accordingly.

I recently stayed in Muscat, Oman for work and chose one of the best hotels in the area. The ambience was great and everything was very clean, with a pleasant fragrance every time we entered the hotel. The room we got was perfect with a nice view of the mountains. most of the popular malls and parks of muscat were only a 10-15-minute, or at most 30-minute, drive away from the hotel which was great. The staff was very friendly and reliable, providing a good service throughout our stay. it was wonderful to come back to a clean room and a spotless bathroom after a long day. I would definitely choose to stay at Frankincense Hotel Muscat again the next time...
