During my visit to MRA in Ruwi, Muscat, I was expecting a good experience, just like in my hometown. I still remember the delicious baked goods and cool drinks from my childhood in Thalassery. But my visit to MRA was very disappointing.

The biriyani was the worst I have ever had. Even local restaurants in Muscat serve authentic Thalassery biriyani at a reasonable price, but MRA used poor-quality rice and without masala, ruining the real taste of Thalassery biriyani.

We also had a big problem with their service. We asked for a vegetarian meal, but they gave us a non-vegetarian meal by mistake. This was very upsetting for someone in our group who has never eaten non-vegetarian food in their life. Such mistakes can hurt people’s feelings.

When we complained, one of the staff members behaved badly with us. As someone from Thalassery, I feel very proud of our food culture, and this experience was very disappointing.

I request MRA management to take this matter seriously and improve their food quality and services especially on busy days. Thalassery biriyani is famous, and it should be served with the right taste...

We have ordered cake for my son’s birthday We visited tasted and ordered Belgium chocolate which was expensive then normal cake but we ordered for the big day. When I received the cake it was totally different I raise concern but the staff said from outside colour is different from inside material is same it’s Belgium chocolate. We arranged birthday away from Muscat took it along in evening during birthday event time when we cut the cake from inside it was totally different from what we tasted and it was just ordinary sponge cake. Our event was ruined and our hype for Belgium chocolate cake turns into an embarrassment.

After returning back I went to them and bought along piece of cake inside one for comparison but they misbehaved and not accepted it was their mistake even I show the live comparison of Belgium chocolate and so called given Belgium chocolate .

They don’t even know how to deal customers what is customer management really misbehaved a lot.
