Del Frio

I don’t understand how anyone could ever praise Del Frio. Low-quality, displeasing food was sent to me fridge-cold and stale. The steak was despairingly undercooked. The potato chips were cold and hard, and there was more raw vegetables and plain rice in the container than meat. All this cost 1,500 PKR! I paid a total of 8,535 PKR for my order and received it 4 hours later—cold, tasteless, underwhelming, and insufficient in both quantity and quality.

The last time I ordered, they sent me Penne Arrabiata without chicken, then apologized and sent a tiny cold brownie to make up for the 256 PKR loss. I checked their website and found out that the same brownie costs 198 PKR, which didn’t even cover my 256 PKR loss. Their meats are undercooked, their pasta is terrible, and their frappes are mostly ice. Just a horrible experience overall, which makes me never want to buy food...

My recent visit to Del Frio North Nazimabad was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Moroccan Chicken and Fajita Sandwich, but the experience was far from satisfactory.

The portions were ridiculously small, barely enough for one person. The Moroccan Chicken was bland and came with just three slices of carrot and two slices of zucchini—are we supposed to be impressed or just amused? The Fajita Sandwich was poorly assembled, with the stuffing spilling out of the bread, and the fries served on the side were embarrassingly few.

For a place like Del Frio, this level of quality and serving size is unacceptable. It felt like they were cutting corners at every step. Definitely not...

Such a little gem in the heart of the town. I this area where non desi breakfasts are still not a thing. This place is a beautiful little treat.

The food tasted really good. I ordered the big breakfast and it was yum.

The service was acceptable as well.

The only turn off was the atmosphere. The air cons weren’t working and there was a really bad smell around the place. Obviously we are in a grocery store but if you are running a cafe atmosphere and ambiance plays a very important role if you want...
