Worst Experience at BBQ Tonight

I visited BBQ Tonight yesterday and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered 4 beef steaks, and right from the start, everything went wrong.

The sauce served with the steaks was so little that it was almost a joke. When I asked the waiter for more, he rudely refused. After calling the so-called “manager” (the bearded guy), the waiter finally showed up 10 minutes later with a tiny half-filled 2-inch cup of sauce. For 4 steaks, this was beyond ridiculous. When I complained again, the waiter arrogantly said: “Bas yehi milega, aur nahi hai.” Seriously? That’s their service standard?

I had to call the manager again, and even then, it took another 16 minutes just to get a normal amount of sauce. By that time, my steaks were completely cold and the whole meal was ruined. What’s the point of paying for steaks if you can’t even eat them hot?

And as if that wasn’t enough, the billing process was another nightmare. They took 12 minutes just to bring the bill and then another 15 minutes to return the balance cash—despite the restaurant being EMPTY. No rush, no crowd—just pure laziness and unprofessionalism.

This restaurant has pathetic customer service, careless staff, and zero respect for customers’ time and money. Honestly, BBQ Tonight has gone downhill badly, and I would strongly advise people to stay away unless they enjoy wasting their money...

Bar B Q Tonight consistently lives up to its reputation as one of the finest dining spots for authentic Pakistani barbecue cuisine. Visited on Friday night. It was my first visit on this Branch of Bar B.Q Tonight. We ordered Mutton Ribs, Kabuli Polao, American and Mexican Steaks and Palak Paneer. Let's comment on each dish one by one:

Mutton Ribs: Awesome and recommended. Very good

Streaks: We wanted beef but only chicken option was there to order. Steaks were better but steaks in chicken are not so recommended. They should provide beef option as well. Just satisfied but not recommended in chicken.

Palak Paneer: It was good in taste. But cheese was not melted and mixed in palak. Good

Kabuli Polao: Once again it was chicken. Rice were good but why chicken; it should be in beef. Not recommended in chicken

Then comes service, which was so pathetic. All waiters were ordering each other to deliver and no one was listening to the customers. Bills were provided too late that too with error.

I traveled about more than 20 KMS to reach there. Therefore, I do not recommend such long traveling to get...
