From start to finish, my experience at BULAND - PAK CUISINE was absolutely flawless. This place truly deserves all five stars and more! The ambiance sets the perfect tone—elegant yet cozy, with soft lighting and tasteful decor. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease and ready to indulge in something extraordinary.

Now, let's talk about the food. Each dish we tried was a masterpiece. We started with the Salad, which was bursting with flavor—perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. For the main course, I had the Fish, and I can honestly say it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The [ingredients, flavors, or technique] were executed to perfection, and the portion size was just right.

My partner opted for the Chicken, and it was just as impressive—tender, juicy, and packed with layers of flavor. The sides, like the Beef Palo, complemented the meal so well. Every bite was a delightful discovery!

The dessert—Ice cream—was the cherry on top. The perfect end to a perfect meal. Light, refreshing, and with just the right amount of sweetness.

Service was exceptional too. Our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, and made excellent recommendations without being pushy. It’s clear that the staff here is dedicated to ensuring a top-notch dining experience.

Every now and then I visit this place for lunch. everything whatever I have for my meal is great and price is also acceptable. But On my last visit I tried Pizza for the first time. Note on counter written as you have to wait for 20mins for your pizza. So I waited. But there was no pizza till 25mins so I asked the person on counter for my pizza. He asked for it and I was told as It is already in preparation. So I waited 15mins more to get my pizza.. so the pizza i received was burnt.. I thought to eat it and yes I ate 1 slice it was like burnt rusk only. even with no topping.. I asked the counter person to eat it. He refused to eat it. Then I gave a slice to waiter to eat it. He ate it and told something to counter person about it in ear. So, I suddenly found the owner and told him the matter. He asked me to wait for some time. I was already getting late. I ordered 2 boxes of French fries along with other items. To my great surprise these boxes were less than half filled with French fries. When I reported the matter, I was informed that this is the quantity they give, I questioned them then why your box is so big, reduce the size of box but don’t cheat your customer. Also the order was late and they were happy to take the fries back which kids had already started eating after a long wait to receive the order. They have zero sense of customer service and people are unaware of their rights. No matter how big your name may be but you can’t charge and leave customers dissatisfied and disappointed.
