Ordered a double fudge cake for my VIP guest. Clearly mentioned on paper where to post the pics and where to mention the name. First the film was to much thick that was unable to cut then second all mentioned pics were not proper posted. Very disappointed and very embarrassing moment for me in front of all office staff. They have charged a good amount for this cake and I give them proper time to perform well.
