I'm a regular customer and I love their cortado and ice mocha. Today, at the Tipu Sultan branch, they blocked off 4-5 parking spots with barriers. When I arrived, the guard asked "drop jana hai" i said yes he removed the plastic cone and allowed me to park when I get of the car I asked him shop k saath road ka soda b karlia hai he was like kia karay loog park kar k chalay jatay hai. Bhai road ki public parking hai loog park karay gay. I went to complain to the manager. I came for coffee but I am against this parking issue so I am boycotting this place. The manager said, "It's his first day he didn't know." Well we weren't born yesterday. It's not fair to blame the lower staff. Making a security guard do double duty isn't right. These poor guys on minimum wage can't refuse because they're afraid of losing their jobs.

Please don't contact me to offer freebies like your manager did. If you want to make amends, apologize publicly for the inconvenience you caused the local residents and stop making security guards...
