The review is about Hobnob Online Purchasing which for our area will be handled probably by this outlet hence posting the review of the disappointing experience I had today on Aug 14 2025. They setup online shopping/ delivery without adequate capacity to cope with holiday rush of 14 Aug. First on 13 n 14 Aug at times Hobnob had to disable the online ordering system. On 14 Aug at 4:30 pm I placed an order and no confirmation call came till 5:50 pm. Even then the expected delivery time was beyond 6:30 pm and I had to reluctantly cancel the order as they were items to have with tea. It is suggested that more efforts be put in planning and in people to handle holiday rush. I tried to call on the landline number but no response and automated response sent out that due to heavy rush all agents are busy and if you hold on for 5 minutes they will get back to you. But after 5 minutes of hold on no agent came online. The other option given was if you press star key they will get back to you. I called three times and pressed n checked that number left was correct but no call came back till 5:50...
