They need a 6 month course on manners and customer service.

Ordered Beef Bihari Pulao and I got a call telling me that they have run out of that item. Asked them what they can do for me now as it had already been late and they told me that they put discount on their available items at 5PM and they can send me chicken pulao. After confirming that, I waited until 6! I called them and they said that I never put in an order for that request. They had to ask the person who talked to me and then said sorry and that I had to call to place an order at 5. I asked them for the order now and they said "Ab kuch nahi hosakta, kitchen close hogaya hai tou hum kuch nahi kr saktey".

Their staff needs to be trained. Staff should've told me about placing another order. They need to compensate for wasting customers' time and for inconveniencing them. They need to learn how to apologize....
