Pizza Munch - Gurumandir Branch — Restaurant in Karachi Division

I ordered a Large Creamy Tikka Pizza last Sunday. It was just average or below average. No great taste and the dough was so hard like we were eating Double Roti.

The service was pathetic as I would say. They told me that the pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes. My address was just 5-7 minutes away from their outlet. But I was delivered order after 1.5 hours. On top of that, the customer agent was leaving my messages on Read when I asked about my order after 45 mins. The rider also didn't have any idea of location.

And they charge 100 rupees delivery charges to deliver so late and that too in the nearest area.
