Courtyard Grill — Restaurant in Lahore Cantonment Tehsil

Last Night around 11.30 my wife was feeling hungry, but i wasn't. She said kahe chalein, and i replied "for only Bbq Chicken Pieces i will go out (kio kay us ney wohe nahe khana hota)", but she said Ok (tu janab marta kia na krta, ley jana pada). Initially thought to go to DHA H-Block, but after having in mind the reviews on internet about CYG went there. Ordered 2Bbq Chicken Pieces, with 2Naans. After placing the order, observed the surroundings, A Man -most probably the owner- was sitting near kitchen while in a very relax mode smoking cigarette, drinking tea, and watching TV, and was keep on instructing his boys about home delivery orders, the atmosphere was just like aap Restaurant nahe apney Bhai kay ghar unkey TV Lounge mein aa gayey hein aur unkay Cook ko kaha kuch khila do. Order time was comparatively a little long than other places. Chicken Pieces when finally served with Chatni, looked small in size, but Janaaaab, from the first bite till the last, btaya nahe ja skta jo taste tha, I ate even the aakhri resha on the bone. Amazingly Superb taste, Naans were very well baked just like Roghni ones, and the Chutni, for finishing that I ordered another roti & had it like Shorba. I am writing this review in answer to all Negative Reviews (believe it, or not it is not a paid review as it may feel like, aur na he woh Bhai merey dost ya rishteydar hein, mein pehli martaba gaya tha waha). Aap apney Bhai kay TV Lounge ka soch kr jaein, Order karein, kuch der order kia tha bhool jaein , apney saath walo kay saath gup-shup lagaein, aur phir order serve ho ga, tu aap samajh jaein gey kay their Price is not for Quantity, it is for Quality. Haven't had such a delicious Bbq Chicken Piece since long, so finally I understood that Owner is sitting there to personally supervise every thing. If You ask the Order Booker about the Quantity you are ordering will be enough, or not he will properly advise you after asking about your appetite (if you tell him right). Visited this recently opened restaurant near my society to try what it has to offer. Had the chance to meet the owner. Asked for best options in bbq and fast food, he suggested makhni malai boti in bbq and burgers in fast food. Ordered malai boti and classic beef burger for take away. Just to taste and provide feedback, owner asked to pack two beef kebabs with the order. In the meantime had chit chat with the owner who happened to be photographer by profession and started this restaurant due to his passion for quality food. He told about his experience so far and how he needed to change meat vendors due to quality issues and now buying from metro only. Coming to food, beef burger was great to my surprise. Patty was perfectly grilled and it was juicy and tasty. Unlike many others, meat didn't have any smell. Though the burger had little more sauce than my liking but this is something one can ask at the time of ordering. And malai boti, it was properly marinated and grilled. The kebabs were just fine and could be improved.

I came back after five years and was blown away. The owner has truly mastered his beef kebabs They are, hands down, the best I've ever had, and this is now my absolute go to spot. Don't skip the undercut beef tikka either; it's perfectly tender, not hard like...

I have a deep appreciation for places that consistently serve exceptional and delicious food, regardless of whether they are grand upscale restaurants or cozy small to medium-sized eateries. Hum to dhabay per or rehri(wheelcart) per bhi khanay k shauqeen hain bs khana behtreen ho.

Well I really wanted to write this review after seeing some anonymous posts which clearly shows that someone is trying to defame the restaurant.

I had an incredible experience at Courtyard Grill restaurant last night! We reserved the entire place for our corporate team dinner, and the host/owner went above and beyond to accommodate us, even turning away walk-in customers. The atmosphere and seating arrangements were perfect. Even though I came across a negative review, I had such faith in the place that I went ahead and booked it for my entire team. I had a strong feeling that the negative comments didn't reflect the reality I experienced.
