Qissa Khawani Restaurant — Restaurant in Lahore Cantonment Tehsil

In the beginning days may be 6 months ago, we started visiting this Restaurant with families and friends. It was awsome food service and ambiance. In last 2 visits in September, we faced a terrible experience of bad food along with pathetic siruation of waiting almost 30 minutes of generating bill. After asking 5 to 6 times to manager and service men here we came to know that, the person who generates bill ( the account sb ) was not available at his sear probably he was busy on a call. Now coming to food quality, on last visit, we ordered afghani botti that had no salt and it had amazingly no spice. On calling the service man there and making a complaint , we received no response from administration. I request the directors or whoever person/s who can owe this review, kindly take a proper action. The service men there were continually saying, sir the person was not there. Just had this amazing food stuff recieved from @qissakhawanirestaurant , they are located at bedian road near Rahat bakery, LGSM complex!

Tried their malai boti , hari boti , handi , and kabab, the way tikka was made it was so tastefull and juicy most of the times you get dry tikka boti but they know how to make it tasty!

Hari boti was good too, it was tastefull and juicy , soft and fresh! A complete desi cuisine they are serving! Menu and prices are affordable and almost everything was really good in taste! You guys should try them and you wont regret at all! As a Pakistani i am a desi lover too and their taste gives you a pure desi feel!

They have sitting outside and inside. We chose to sit inside as it was pretty cold that night. Inside, they had 6 to 8 tables and it was quite cozy. I would say this is the best place if you wanna bring your family here. Onto the food now, 10/10 for presentation. We ordered their Sajji with rice and Chicken Karahi. Chicken Karahi was really good and naan was soft. I usually don't like naans but this was an exception. Highly recommend. As for Sajji, the masala and chicken itself was good but the rice had no taste at all. Maybe you'll like it but it was not it for me. Raita was 10/10. The staff and the service was amazing.
