The experience was terrible. While we may have visited during a busy time, the overall service was unacceptable. We had to wait 3 hours to get a room for our 40-person family, standing outside the entire time. Despite calling ahead, they refused to take an advance booking. Once seated, the food order took 2 hours to serve, and even then, only 30-40% of the items arrived. The rest was never served because the waiters were outside fighting over food orders, with no management in place.

We ended up fetching water, naan, and rice refills ourselves multiple times. After 5 hours of this ordeal, we were left eating mostly rice. While the taste was good, it’s exhausting to have to beg for food after paying so much. It felt like being at a chaotic marriage hall, struggling for food, and putting my entire family through unnecessary trouble.

The management was so unreasonable they even added 17 kilos of rice refills to the bill, but after reviewing it, we found we had only received 4 kilos, which we paid for. They also added items like raita and salad that were never served. After pointing out the discrepancies, they removed the charges, but the whole experience was frustrating.
