I was a frequent customer and used to order biryani but now their customer service have become terrible. Their delivery is almost always late I have to wait for over an hour almost always. this time it was worst experience they even blocked my number at first I thought it was done by mistake so I ordered from my friend number they confirmed order and said that they will deliver it within half an hour but when over an hour passed we tried calling them they didn't picked up twice and then blocked my friend's number too and when I called them with another friend's number and tried to complain they first hung up midway conversation and then called and blamed me instead saying that order wasn't placed at all. I wasted nearly two hours waiting for my dinner terrible...

So today I again visited Al Fajr foods latifabad and I ordered chicken turkish kabab. Like always; food turned out to be delicious and mouth watering. Kababs were perfectly cooked with very mild spices. I had poori paratha with and last but not the least; the show stopper is their chatni which is served with every bbq item. Its simply simply awesome in taste and it surely adds value to your bbq meal. Eating here is always value for money. Single kabab serving with paratha cost me PKR 280 which is very very reasonable.

Finally, Al Fajr foods is also opened in Karachi in north nazimabad near KDA chowrangi. I hope they serve the same or the better quality food in Karachi that they have been serving in Hyderabad...
