I am not giving 5 stars. I order 1 chocolate delight cake and ask them to pack it in white box instead of red box but they said it will cost you extra 80 rupee's and then I have to pay extra 30 or 80 for the shopping bag. One week ago I purchase same cake and they didn't ask me for extra 80 rupee's but this time they did.i am very disappointed with your new policy that bundu khan is not even giving box and bag to customer and charging extra money for this material thing's. Yesterday, we went to Bundu Khan to buy sweets for Eid, but the experience was disappointing. The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. When I asked for their suggestions, they acted as if they didn’t know anything. I specifically asked which sweet would be better for a certain preference, and their response was just, "Sari hi achi hai bhai," which was frustrating.

Not recommended for advanced bakery stuff. Their chocolate toppings are 3rd class with sand + jaggary like taste with high price. Overall daily life bakery products are good but stay away from the chocolate topped products or you will be regretting wasting your money like i did.
