"Simple doesn't mean easy" so is the case with Ouii beef burgers.

Tried Classic cheese burger with extra cheese slice multiple times and it's a different experience every time.

Most often they put so much sauce that it becomes "nehari burger" even if told not to put too much.

The beef patty is also not consistent. Sometimes cooking is off and sometimes the cut used isn't a good one.

But once or twice a fluke or luck, I do had such an amazing burger that I will return to had that one again.

I believe consistency is key in this niche. Some training and control over the recipe will help.

No skimping on fries. Two thumbs up for that!

Cold drinks are often served unchilled. However, burgers and fries have always been served oven hot.

Parking is a problem as others have identified.

Wait time is OK. Have seen worse.

Lastly, I believe it's a good addition to burger joints and hope over time probability of mix bag surprises will be catered to achieve consistent taste...

NEVER EVER ORDERING AGAIN A BIG BIG PERMANENT NOOOO!!!

I had the privilege to order at home two beef fries and a beefy boi burger, which cost around Rs. 2500–2600. The mince in both had a lot of liver minced instead of real meat from the animal. The liver could have been of any animal, chicken, or bigger animal. To mask the scent of liver 🤢,🤮 they used unnecessary load and load of heavy sauces. Upon my call to them and a reality check,.

They did offer their two-cent apologies and offered a burger with chicken instead(which could had been as bad). But why are they selling substandard food and using deceiving tactics with the customer? Only when you are caught do you offer cheap concessions. I gave the food to my dog.

I asked them to prove my point by coming to their kitchen three times and showing them what I really was saying was true, which they again didn’t agree to because I was right.
