I’ve been eating at this branch since the day it opened. In the beginning, I was hooked came here almost daily. The burgers were juicy, tasty, and the staff was polite and professional. Sadly, things have gone downhill big time.

The old staff is nowhere to be seen, and the new guys have zero manners. The burger taste is not consistent at all anymore. Out of the staff, maybe one or two people know how to cook a beef patty right the rest either burn it to a rubbery crisp or drain every drop of juice out of it, serving me a dry, dead piece of meat. That’s not a smash burger, that’s trash.

Ordering extra dip? Instead of accommodating, they act like they’re doing me a favor and rudely say I’ll have to pay more. On top of that, the dip quantity is a joke sometimes full, sometimes half-empty. I always order a triple patty and pay good money, but the quality doesn’t match the price. Last night I dropped 1800 rupees on garbage.

Another huge problem: there’s no system. The same waiters are delivery guys, and sometimes you’re left standing for 5–10 minutes before someone even comes to take your order. That’s not how you run a restaurant. Kitchen staff should be separate, delivery guys separate, and servers separate.

Smash, you guys need to get your act together. Train your staff, standardize your burger quality, and bring back the manners that made this place special. Otherwise, there are plenty of other decent burger joints in Lahore.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, I even bring groups of friends here every Thursday we’ve given you a lot of business. But if things don’t change, consider this relationship over. Don’t make me spread the word about how bad this branch has become. Call me to apologize, or I’m done.

I have been a loyal customer of Smash Model Town since the very beginning. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the quality and taste of your beef burgers. Smash is not just a burger joint for me; it’s my go-to place, and I have been eating here almost every day.

Recently, I thoroughly enjoyed your midnight deal offering 20% off on the Hulk burger, which, with its four juicy beef patties, is an absolute delight. It was a deal that perfectly balanced premium quality with reasonable pricing. I made the most of this offer and even recommended it to my friends and family.

However, I was deeply disappointed to learn that this deal has been discontinued. The regular price of the Hulk burger is now quite high, making it less accessible for loyal customers like me who frequent your restaurant.

I urge the management to consider reinstating the 20% midnight discount on the Hulk burger. It not only incentivizes regular customers but also strengthens our loyalty. Alternatively, if bringing back the discount isn’t feasible, I’d humbly request a special loyalty program for daily customers like me.

Smash has been a part of my daily routine, and I genuinely hope the management will take this feedback into account to ensure a continued and mutually rewarding relationship.

Went to the recently opened Model Town outlet. Overall impression: Over-hyped (and tiny) beef burgers. Surprisingly good chicken burgers. Yes you read that right.

The first thing that hits you is how cramped the seating is. But that's fine, because initially they were following a take-away only model like JJ. They were also out of lettuce when I visited with a friend.

My real bone of contention here is the price of the burger versus its actual size. The buns are incredibly small and not filling at all, even when one takes a double-patty beef burger. You'll feel this quantity issue even more if you go for one without a meal. The taste's good, but it doesn't live up-to its hype. Still think Daily Deli is the king of beef burgers. By far.

The salvation for Smash is, surprisingly, their chicken burgers.
