MS Restaurant — Restaurant in undefined

On December 25, 2023, my family and I were returning from Malam Jaba to Islamabad. On the way back, we decided to have a lovely dinner at any nice and relaxing spot, thus we chose Maaz safdar restaurant in Swat... The location was pleasant yet dusty... The stairs were really dusty... The table had not been cleaned... We ordered chicken karahe because we were in a rush... After 35-40 minutes, they served the karahe... and the taste was just pitiful... There was solely the taste of tomato... and even tomato water was floating on top... This was a great letdown for us because this restaurant was connected to a maybe famous name... We called the manager and told him that their karahe was terrible, and he responded that if you give us some time, we will prepare another one for you. But we couldn't agree because we needed to get to Islamabad. He claimed that our chef was out today, so this was cooked by a waiter. My concern is, why are you taking orders if there is no chef? Over all very disappointing experience. There was hair in the rosh, meat selection was quite poor, mainly ribs and just few chops. Serving dish was filled with potatoes. There was no traditional soup in rosh either. Service was very slow. Chinese was very ordinary and pasta white sauce had overpowering flour taste. Kids left their meal. We asked for BBQ plater which was not available so there was not much choice to taste regional flavours. Furthermore the toilets are needed to get clean and the roof was dripping which made our experience more worse. Only saving grace was the politeness of staff but that's not...

Poor service poor food stuf we order vegetable rice they were boiled rice then order full karahi and then staff took 55mins to get karahi ready and then after waiting for 1 hour it was half karahi which was burnt and taste less and then we order pasta it was was more pathetic their were no service no waiter only 2 waiter were their in the whole hall and the rest of the staff was in holiday in eid day Really disappointed ms should over look his restaurant and he should give time to his resort and restaurant other wise it would...
