This restaurant has become absolutely pathetic. The food is not just bad — it's a complete disaster. The staff is rude, lazy, and completely untrained. If you order biryani, they shamelessly serve you plain pulao and expect you to accept it. When you point it out to the waiter, he arrogantly insists, 'This is biryani — it's always been like this,' which is a complete lie. We've had biryani here before, and it was totally different — way better. The seating is a mess, there's no proper ventilation, the place is overcrowded and suffocating, and the entire experience is just frustrating. It’s no longer the restaurant it once was. I was from Gujranwala and on a visit to Multan for business purposes. We asked the local people the best rice food in Multan and the people suggested this Naveed biryani house. We go there and order biryani and they served us Palao. We again ask the biryani and the answer was sir yehi hai biryani. Firstly they don't know the difference between biryani and Palao secondly the quantity is so much less in the price and I ask the waiter is this plate for taste only? He replied no sir that's it. Most famous and delicious Chicken Pulao in Multan. Anyone who want to eat pulao this is the right place to go. They have very tasty and delicious taste which is traditional daigi pulao. There is rush all the time for orders and dine in so the service becomes a little slow. On events like Eid ,there is less space for families to sit and dine in so sometime u have to wait. One drawback which i noted is their price and quantity. They charge high and give less quantity. One large plate of pulao can't fill the tummy of a 60kg adult.
