The traditional food was simply outstanding - the Mutton Joints, Mutton Qorma, Daal, and vegetables were all cooked to perfection. My friend aptly summed it up, saying it wasn't just like home-cooked food, but rather like a wife's loving and careful preparation!
The only minor drawbacks were the slightly outdated furniture and building, but the cleanliness and maintenance were top-notch.
