Bandu khan bakers is a prominent name in bakery line. Few days before I see roasted peanut in bakery placed in tray in counter. I asked the counter man what is the price of per kg. He told it is Rs 600 / = per kg. I purchased quater kilo. I not tasted its taste in shop. When i bring it home its taste was terrible, it was out dated peanut. I complaint to the manager he said that our quality is good 👍. I request to the manager kindly taste it , but he not taste. I personally request to counter man to give some peanut 🥜 for checking ✔ to manager from tray placed in counter/ show case and I personally take that peanut 🥜 to counter where manager was sitting but manager not taste it as I many times request to manager to taste it . Because manager knows that this peanut 🥜 is out dated and had bad taste 😳.

The bundu khan bakers has increased there chicken Patties rates . The per chicken 🐔 pattie rate is now Rs 70 /- The size of patties is same , the stuff is same . The quality is same . But the price is higher .

I think no body wants to be serious to run the bundu khan smoothy. For last two weeks I want to share my experience. When I went to bakery around 615 am some days ago,the security guard said the shop open at 630 am in routine. So I decided to wait 15 minutes no issue. The shop was opened exactly 630. But no body allowed to go inside as the billing computer system needs to be some time to be in operational. I did wait till 645 am , but still no green signal to go inside. Is it fair? Today i visited bundu khan, around 8am, and gave 5000 rupees to the counter. He said we don't have change and neither the card machine is working. He asked his some of the guy to find out the "change' but did not get. Is it fair? The brand bundu khan even can not manage the change of 5000 rupees as 5 peoples including manager are there so why they are waiting, they have to manage it before? My humble request as your food quality of all the items are good but I't does not mean you have achieved your daily goals. Please give them training as your staff needs to be trained. Bewarw: Cashier won't give you your change back, 5Rs 6Rs unless you ask for it which is highly unacceptable behavior. They should take serious notice. Happened to me twice.

I have been there many times.

Pros: Responsive staff, fast checkout. Good customer service. Always fresh, haven't got anything stale there. I have tried almost everything they sell. Parking almost always available upfront. Gift boxes and packs available for ladt minute gift shopping. Their rasmalai is really good as well as their vegetable pattees.

Cons: Too sweet for my taste buds. The mithai, their cakes are too sweet as well as thier cookies. I have tried all cookies and they aren't like traditional cookies to be eaten with tea because they are too sweet. A bit over priced for similar quality...
