Today, I visited the newly opened Ranchers branch at Baghbanpura near UET Lahore. Ranchers has always been one of my favorite places, especially for their Big Ben and Crown pizza. So, my two friends and I decided to check out their new branch today. They had their grand opening just yesterday, and we happened to discover it today.

When we arrived, we were excited to see the new place. The decorations were impressive. The atmosphere reminded me of Red Dead Redemption 2, with its rustic, old western feel. The wooden furniture and cowboy-themed decorations made the place look unique and inviting. It was a nice change from the usual restaurant decor.

As usual, we ordered two Big Bens, one Crown pizza, and one Cronco burger. The taste was amazing as always. The Big Ben burgers were juicy and full of flavor, and the Crown pizza had the perfect balance of cheese and toppings. My friend didn’t like the Cronco burger much, but I thought it was fine. The flavors were there, but maybe it just wasn't his taste. Despite being their second day, the place was already crowded, which shows how popular Ranchers is.

One thing that stood out to me was how busy the place was. Even though it was just their second day, there were so many people there. It’s clear that Ranchers is a popular choice for many. The crowd did make the place feel lively, but it also meant that the staff was quite busy.

Speaking of the staff, the service was good but not perfect. The staff was quick to take our order and bring our food, which was nice. However, they seemed a bit inexperienced. They didn’t know much about the food deals, which was a bit disappointing. It’s understandable since it was only their second day, but I hope they improve over time.

In the end, I gave Ranchers 5 stars for both taste and atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the place looked great. However, I gave them 4 stars for service. I placed an order from their app around 3:35 PM. I got a confirmation call at 3:36 PM, they told me that a rider will contact me and my order will be here in 45 minutes. At 4:20 PM, I called back at the same number because I received no call from their rider, they told me there was an internet problem so my order got cancelled automatically, my order will be with me in a few minutes.

Issue #1: My order got here at 4:45 PM. Issue #2: They got my order wrong. I don't understand why their dispatcher named Kamran couldn't follow simple instructions. And why they have a manager in that branch, if he can't supervise these things to double check before dispatching the order. Issue #3: My order was ice cold. But the drinks which were supposed to be cold were warm. Issue #4: The burger buns were stale. Issue #5: The rider told me a different story about why my order was ridiculously late; he told me the other rider got in an accident, so when he got back from delivering another order, my order was on the counter so he picked it up to deliver. Which makes more sense as my order was cold.
