Great desi/grilled food and ambience! I've already visited thrice in a month and booked to go again this week. Thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the ambience every single time.

Sunday brunch is too good and reasonably priced. If it weren't for health concerns, I'd go there every week. 😁

Their mutton is really good. They take quite a bit of time to prepare it but they do a great job of it. Grill is very, very good. The Mixed Grill Platter is a must eat. There's stuff in that platter that you won't find on the menu, which is a bummer.

The staff is very courteous, cooperative, and swift.

They offer several different cuisines but the options within each are limited, which can be both good and bad. 🙂

The outdoor sitting has a great ambience. Chairs are comfortable and tables are set at a reasonable distance. It's quite and clean.

Minor issues: Menu is on a tablet and the sections aren't really organized that well. Washrooms could use a little more attention.

Ala carte price is a little on the...

Ohhhh its was absolutely bad experience, not for one reason but because I am giving remarks on a restaurant so I ll start from the food , okay so ordered 1 large barbQ platter, mutton karahi and 1 chicken biryani. Starting from platter I must say the fish was okay , mutton ribs has no taste what so ever and the overall platter was 6/10 ...now coming to mutton karahi it was so maslaydaar ky I didn't get the feel ky ye mutton hai , its was 4/10 ... chicken biryani was Good but the pricing of it mentioned on the big posters and banners outside the restaurant is saying 200 per plate and inside the restaurant it's 1000 for 2 persons ... now these are total things which we ordered and we were 7 persons in total guess the bill , I pet you can it was 15800/= sorry I forget to mention brownie with ice cream if you want to vomit after tasteless food please...

I had the pleasure of dining at Shandez Restaurant last weekend, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with beautiful decor that set the tone for a wonderful meal.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. But the real star of the show was the food - oh, the food! I ordered the signature dish and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were bold and exciting, and the portion size was generous to say the least.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and presentation of the dishes, and the prices were very reasonable considering the high quality of the food and service. Overall, I would highly recommend Shandez Restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Five stars and can't...

It was pathetic as expected in Pakistan for tax evaders. Food was just barely normal. But they checked our patience to limits when we asked for a bar code GST bill (invoice). Two times they gave us fake bill pretending that's the only bill provided. Finally when forced, Mr. Rizwan dealing with us just threw the bar code bill on our face & vanished. We went to their main office for complaint but he was not traceable for 15 minutes. Later they declare him a waiter & not a billing staff giving excuse of his rude behaviour. He also said that he saw this bar code enabled invoice ever first time. People must ask for bar code invoice because that's the only proof that 15% GST charged from customers is deposited in government treasury. I will not recommend this restaurant due to their rude & discourteous behaviour.

Shandez has the worst brunch buffet in Islamabad. All their items smell and taste so bad that it seems like they use oil and leftovers from their Aura Grande banquet. Even the basic item like eggs taste like stale fish. Plus they mislead people by quoting "50+ items" and adding a fake menu on instagram. When I asked them where are crossaints and cinnamon roll as listed on their instagram menu, the manager said that these are not available on the revised menu. Infact, the manager reacted like he didn't even know what these items were. I would advise them to stop overspending on fake reviews and paid vlogs and focus more on providing quality food.

Awful experience. Was invited for a buffet brunch by some friends and ended up having nothing except for a glass of lassi. Dirty plates, dirty cuttlery (indicative of low hygiene). Understaffed and extremely slow response. Food items have been considerably reduced in buffet and quality / taste is totally below par. I wonder how this restaurant is functioning with all this. Some AC / DC needs to take action. Not at all value for money. COVID SOPs non existent. No sanitizers on tables and rarely i could see a staff member wearing mask. Not going here again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
