Second Cup Coffee Company — Restaurant in Zone 1

We are the residents of F11 Islamabad and regular customers of Manolo Gelato and Second cup coffee F11. Due to frequent visits, even guards and the serving staff shows kindness and familiarity. But today it was a pathetic experience with the manager at the counter. Just because we switched an order once because of the misguidance of the staff at the counter, the staff treated us with harsh words and disrespect which is not tolerable for any civilised individual or family let alone a regular customer . If that’s how second cup coffee is gonna treat it’s regular customers , we’d request any respectable family in F11 to avoid them. One doesn’t have to experience everything personally.

We’d request the management or concerned authorities to please look into this matter, improve its customer services and don’t let the brand be at the pity stake of any such ill groomed individual.

On 8th sept 2025. We 5 adults and 2 kids visited in F-11 markaz branch.

Order Service timing is very bad and delayed. Till managment is poor on calculation of discounts, taxes. Infact they wasted our 30 minutes and trying to dogche us in billing. Second cup people gambling our 3,600 rupees. But we people are more clever and genius . So we provide logic reasoning and facts

Their staff trying to provide i llogical statements .

1. Music and sounds system is good.

2. Table and sitting area cleaned. 3)Water glasses not proper washed.

3. Two flavours of pizzas ordered , serve tasty and yummy.

4. Eight different drinks ordered , that was also perfect including fruit chillers and sodas.

5. Molten lava cake quality is low. Vanilla icecream more watery, choclate sauce is low grade and size of molten lava is small compared to price.

The staff were incredibly humble and welcoming, making me feel right at home while kitchen was spotless and tidy, reflecting the cafe's attention to detail. The wheelchair-accessible entrance was a thoughtful touch, ensuring inclusivity for all patrons and the outdoor dining area was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy my coffee. Their desserts and special treats were a highlight, offering a sweet indulgence.

Evening visits are highly recommended, as the ambiance is particularly cozy during this time. While prices might be slightly higher than average, the quality and atmosphere make it well worth the visit.
