Customer Service is 5 star! Today I drove to get my husband and I a take out order for our meal for the day. I was shocked that the price is higher than the regular Chinese restaurants. Once I got home I realized that a few things were wrong. I called them to let them know, and they resolved it immediately. The gentleman that waited on me (I think he was the owner) drove to my house to rectify the mistakes within a 10 minute time frame. He apologized and let me know that they were fixing what we were unhappy with. Then my husband and I ate the food. WOW! Worth every penny! Best place in Panama! This is really good Chinese food - the best in Boquete. I love the chicken shop suey and the sesame chicken with cheese wontons. My husband is a fan of the chicken chow mein, the pad thai, and the cheese wontons. We eat at the restaurant, as well as doing take out and delivery at times. All of the service is excellent. The staff all speak some English and are kind and welcoming. The only downside to this restaurant is the heat. Just ordered delivery. Our first time eating here. We are AMAZED. The food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The customer service is perfect. He answered all my questions through Whatsapp and was patient while i ordered. Food arrived very fast. I am impressed and grateful. We WILL be back. Oh! And the cheese wontons are soo good. If you like crab Rangoon the cheese wontons are a must try.
