Kotowa Coffee House | Albrook — Restaurant in Ancón

First about the coffee: Kotowa’s coffee quality is excellent for the price point. This location, after its sun house expansion is a good option to sit and do some work or chill and read books over Java. The location is difficult to park in yet for travelers leaving the Albrook airport it’s a better option than having coffee inside the airport.

As with any dining experience, staff is what makes it. My experience was very good with a staff, looking to please, and interested in providing a good cup.

I’d recommend they continue to offer well priced mug options like this one for those who don’t want to drink out of a paper cup.

Went for a cup of coffee, only seem to offer espresso and their version of a macchiato is just an espresso with milk. Was expecting something similar to Starbucks. The most important thing was that the coffee was yerrible....I took one sip and threw it out. Wastwd my time and money there, will never go back. The help didn't try to understand what I wanted, simply trying to take the next order. It's unfortunate as they fumbled the one shot they had with me. Too many options available for me to go back after...

I have been to this place since it first opened here in Albrook. I love the ambience, the service is good (there’s room for improvement, especially during rush hour), and the coffee is decadent. I also love the additions they made over the years by adding nondairy milk to the menu, and recently added a sugar free option. Kotowa Coffee shop is one of the many places I happily frequent time...
