Good service , overpriced coffee but they at least have vegan milk options -coconut,almond and soy . Clean space, however the managers need to learn how to work with customers as they were rude . It seems cozy and enough seating for everyone who goes to visit this place. I wish they would add more vegan options for food, they do have fruits, kind bars and bagels that are accidentally vegan . The workers try to always put a smile on their face and give a their best service. Some days they took a bit long but I believe they are getting used to the equipment . Hope to see big improvements in the food aspect and drink aspect. I hope to see more vegan options in food to bring cruelty free options and more drinks that the united state's has that are vegan , which could possibly bring in good money . Another plus to this place is the amount of parking , since it is located in parking lot of the mall, you never miss a spot unless it's a holiday which makes it a much nicer...

Would be nice to have someone speak English especially when you’re right next to a giant hotel/mall where I’m sure plenty of tourists frequent your location. Having some vegetarian menu items would be great as not everyone eats pork. US locations have plenty of beyond meat/impossible burger options which this location had none…

The service is so slow. The drive through and inside. There doesn’t seem to be any one leading or in charge they all do it all and it’s inefficient. For example they take half and order, go away and take half of someone else’s and then back meaning everyone is waiting.
