McDonald's — Restaurant in Ancón

Terrible. There is a play corner for kids. Hasn't been cleaned in years. Everything very dirty and sticky. A bucket with black water and a dirty mop sits against the wall. The cashier is nice enough but her orders don't seem to get followed up. Had to go back twice because they had forgotten a couple of items and then you get a supervisor who doesn't even bother to look at you or apologize....

Regarding McDonalds Service, it's what you'll regularly expect from them. They did go above and beyond to find a toy a friend's girl wanted. However, the location's parking space and overall premises could use some work done by all commercial spaces located...

Very bad attention, the menu wasn't complete and the were not able to tell us the waiting time expected @ the drive thru. The have much to fix, including the inner road and anger management course for their employees. Don't visit...
