Really good sushi, from the classic makis to the locally inspired (flavored with rocoto, an Arequipa speciality) in a nice ambience, especially considering that it is inside a shopping center. It is, if not locally expensive, then definitely not cheap, but there are often good offers and the business lunch (albeit more expensive than all other restaurants in the mall) is large, tasty and fulfilling (but the only protein you can have is chicken). Service is kind and attentive (they bring you an hot towel, Japanese style, before your meal), but very disorganized.
