Edo Sushi Bar Arequipa — Restaurant in Cerro Colorado

Really good sushi, from the classic makis to the locally inspired (flavored with rocoto, an Arequipa speciality) in a nice ambience, especially considering that it is inside a shopping center. It is, if not locally expensive, then definitely not cheap, but there are often good offers and the business lunch (albeit more expensive than all other restaurants in the mall) is large, tasty and fulfilling (but the only protein you can have is chicken). Service is kind and attentive (they bring you an hot towel, Japanese style, before your meal), but very disorganized. There are better Sushi places in Arequipa. This one is on the expensive side and it doesn't have the best taste.

When I went there I took the all you can eat offer which is good value, but they took 30 minutes in between rounds so I lost my appetite...
