Amaru TreeHouse — Restaurant in Cusipata

Apparently the hotel opened just few months ago, so everything is still brand new. The room is very clean and cozy. The hotel is build around a tree and everything else matches the same decor idea (lots of wood, fresh flowers in the room). There's great attention to detail (tea available at every floor, clementines to snack in the lobby, the manager even texted us the menu beforehand knowing we'll be arriving late). The bed is probably the softest we had in Peru. There is no heating, as in most villages, but there are lots of blankets. The hotel is a convenient stop between 7 lakes in Ausengate and Puno or even Rainbow Mountain. The manager is fully fluent in English and the hotel accepts...

Outstanding service, delicious food, and a magnificent view! The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved waking up to the scenery. I also booked a Rainbow Mountain tour and horseback riding through them. Both were perfectly organized and unforgettable....

Estuvimos en este hotel durante nuestra permanencia en Perú para nuestra luna de miel. El lugar está increíble, los cuartos tienen una vista espectacular que nos permite admirar a una naturaleza maravillosa y sobretodo la vida verdadera del pueblo de Cusipata. Con pastores, animales, gente local tan linda ! Y el hotel se queda justo a la salida de la calle que lleva al trekking para la Montaña 7 Colores (Rainbow Mountain).
