A craft brewery located a 10-minute walk from the ruins at Tambomachay and Puca Pucara. The beers are made with local Andean grains like quinoa, amaranth etc. They even have chicha (ancient Incan beer) and coca beer. We had a great lunch here. The owners were super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. They have a few beers on tap and a few bottled beers. We tried the local herb beer and it was and delicious sour style beer. The chicken milanesa was massive and it came with potatoes, rice and salad. It was enough food for two of us. After walking all the way here from Cusco, it was the perfect place for a refueling session....
