Desde años... el presente restaurante ha sido el mejor en el rubro de pollerías en todo Huaral. El sabor del pollo a la brasa tiene una buena sazón; las papas, crujientes y bien cocidas; la ensalada, te la dan sin vinagreta, para que se le pueda hechar al gusto; las cremas, a veces se les tiene que agitar. Con respecto al servicio... El caballero que nos atiende es cortés y atento a lo que pase. Los barrenderos pueden ser un poco más atentos, y también pueden tener todo listo antes de que llegen comensales (también puede ser por partes). El ambiente es adecuado para visitas, con una temática histórica para hacer alegoría a la antigua estación de tren que estubo en el presente restaurante. El baño no está mal, bien con el orden y presencia de servicios (jabón, toalla, etc.). Aunque, el ambiente en sí puede mejorar un poco más. En resúmen... ¿Valió la pena comer acá? Buena temática y el pollo a la brasa es inigualable en la ciudad. La gestión de limpieza con los barrenderos puede mejorar. Recomendable para ir en grupos y degustar un pollo a la brasa. Recordemos que también cuenta con demás platillos...
