Corner Marino — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Me encantaría felicitar al dueño por el gran servicio. The way the restaurant is being run is very effective from a professional perspective. Very clean kitchen, staff looks presentable and neat. Roger our server was too notch. I felt as if I was having a fine dining experience. I know you may be shocked but the service in this industry is key. Food is 7/10 could have more flavor specially the chupe. The expo was a bit slow. There were servers and staff standing around without running the food. Which is concerning. I would say this...

Respecto a la comida, pedí un dúo, el cebiche he comido mejores en carretilla, y el chicharrón, no fue de pescado fresco y no tenía ninguna sazón peculiar de la casa, los piqueos estaban mejores que el plato de fondo, la Chicha demasiado dulce a mi parecer, no es necesario tanta azúcar para darle sabor, parecía chicha procesada. Y respecto al ambiente, deberían de remodelar parece un restaurante de barrio para el precio de sus platos, mínimo mejores su ambiente, las tvs están de adorno, pusieron música sin sentido y de fondo un partido del psg antiguo. Pésimo todo, el servicio si estuvo rescatable pero a comparación de todo lo demás visto, en general el servicio debe mejorar. Y hay más cosas por decir pero prefiero...
