I would like to say the food was great but the flavor left me with a sensation that something is missing. Yes, it seems to be done in a wooden oven; yes, the portion sizes are great; yes, the presentation was aceptable; but, the flavor, please forgive me, something is missing. La lasaña papashal estaba rica, pero tenía un toque dulce que no me gusto mucho. No estaba mala, pero no volvería a pedirla.
El fettuccine en salsa huancaína estaba bien X... súper bajo de sal, sin gracia. Le faltaba bastante sabor.
El pollo a la napolitana tampoco pasó la prueba. El pollo no tenía nada de sazón. Seco, plano. No lo recomiendo.
Los pancitos al ajo también quedaron debiendo... muy básicos, como si solo les hubieran puesto mantequilla y ya.
