Starbucks — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Disappointing is the best description of my experience today at this Starbucks location. When I walked in Armando was on his cell phone and barely acknowledged me. Then took my order but when I put my tip in the jar didn’t says thanks but just walked away. Then gave my order to another server and walked into the office. That’s not the worst. Me gustaba venir a este starbucks porque la atención era rápida. Hoy que estaba con el tiempo justo decidí hacer mi pedido por la web para que me lo entreguen en el auto, pero después de una espera de más de 20 minutos y en vista que no me notificaban nada sobre mi pedido decidí ingresar y me di con el disgusto de que ni siquiera sabían que había hecho pedido y mucho menos cancelado por la web. Cuando me acerqué y pregunté si ya lo tenían listo el personal de caja se limitó a decirme que "ya no realizaban ese servicio" y tenía que pagar para que pudieran prepararlo. Expliqué que ya había hecho el pago y tenía el comprobante. Nuevamente me hicieron esperar para que "verifiquen el sistema" y después de como 15 minutos recién me dieron mi café porque además de todo, no sabían cuál era el café que pedí y casi preparan otro. Me parece pésimo que si supuestamente ofrecen un servicio "más rápido" y este es publicitado con carteles afuera del mismo establecimiento, el personal debería estar atento a los pedidos entrantes en el sistema.
