We stayed overnight in Satipo on our way back to Iquitos (via Lima). A friend recommended the restaurant to us for dinner and we weren’t disappointed. Our party ordered the Lomo Fino, a Pechuga Light and the Ribs a la Pachamanca, and a liter of CamuCamu and Passion Fruit. All the plates came with a small side salad and regional fried potatoes (think potatoe wedges). We also got some warm bread with mashed avocado spread as an appetizer. If you like ribs, you WILL NOT be disappointed with Costillar a la Panchamanca! I always ask for the sauce in the side because I don’t like my ribs drowning. The sauce was an incredible blend of local green veggies and seasonings. It wasn’t spicy and the flavors really added to the meat—which was delicious all by itself!

Hermoso lugar para poder pasar una hermosa velada. El ambiente es acogedor, diseñado con temática rústica, decorado con elementos relacionados a la carne. Sus platos son deliciosos. Ofrecen una amplia variedad en platos, bebidas y más. A modo de sugerencia quizá deberían de bajarle el volumen a la música de fondo. 🤗📸✨️

Muy bonito lugar me gusto la carne deliciosa sus papas ricas la limonada regular jejeje pero fue buena comida lo recomiendo 😋 Volvi a comer al restaurant todo bien aun sigue siendo rico la comida :3 esta vez pedi picaña
