The place is not as clean as other branches. Their toys are not always updated. When you order food, it wouldn't matter if the order is good for 6 people, they will only give you 1 sad piece of tissue. Update: 5/15/19 I queued up for almost 30 minutes which I tried to understand because there were 6 customers before me. There was someone who took my order and when I asked about the Amazing Aloha he said that it's a breakfast meal. Okay. Then, I was given the wrong order which I also tried to understand. Then, I paid for my order but I have to wait for the order for another 15 minutes. Eventually, they decided I should have my food so they brought it to our table. Dear Sir/Ma’am,

On August 9, 2025, We bought Spaghetti with Spicy ChickenJoy through Grab App - Zapote - Laspiñas City Branch. Apparently, there’s an extra toothpick hidden inside the chicken which my partner did not notice while EATING the chickenjoy and this seriously cause to trouble! She got choke and compromise her breathing! We rushed her to Perpetual Laspinas Hospital - EMERGENCY!

Unfortunately, the preparation was not checked and this is a negligent from one of the staff. This is a serious matter and action must be taken.

It's more like self service branch! Though foods are undeniebly delicious like other branch but the service is out of the context. We asked one of the crews earlier today (Feb. 04, 2024, Sunday) if we can bring home the foods that we did not consumed, and then the crew gave us a paper bag without assisting us, the other branch never did that to me. I don't like that kind of service. I did not complain when he did that to us but still I did not like that kind of customer service. If I could rate zero (0) star for service I'll definitely do that, absolutely...
