there were many service crews around but they did not serve the pending orders. they just grouped behind the counter and just called customers' names to claim their food. it wasnt like that before. crews were very polite and had good relations with customers and served with a smile. i dont frequent chowking especially this branch but the food, the crew, and the service quality...
