Jollibee — Restaurant in 2nd District

Was about to go in when the guard by the door opened it for me. Had a good idea on what I wanted to get so I walked to the counter. A crew got my attention to line up on the lane he's handling. Ordered the Aloha Yumburger. Was told us have to wait 7 minutes, which wasn't a long time so I agreed.

I take my tray and walked over to one of the seats. First thing I noticed was an area closed off for renovation. A small rectangular area with an elevated surface, chairs on top of the wooden board.

I waited for my order, deciding to make this review as I let the 7 minutes promised time. Barely 2 minutes have passed and a crew comes up to me with my order. Call it inaccurate, but I was actually glad my order came on time, even faster.

Ambience is what you'd expect from a casual fastfood chain. Trending music in the background (in my case, Christmas music due to the nearing holidays) with crews moving about.

Incomplete review as I've yet to go to their second floor, or taste my order. But I'm sure Jollibee...

I had a terrible experience at this fast food chain. (Jollibee Casimiro, Las Piñas City). The staff were rude and unhelpful. I was shocked at how unprofessional the staff were at this store. (Jollibee Casimiro, Las Piñas City).

The staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. Especially “BHEA” (The Service Crew) They were gossiping while they were taking my order. They didn't seem to want to help me at all. “BHEA” (the service crew) was really unprofessional and didn't seem to know what she was doing. It was really frustrating and made me question his or her abilities.

I'm very unhappy with the service I've received.

I kindly request your immediate intervention to investigate and address this issue. Specifically with “BHEA”.

Jolibee, is not for me, my wife loves it but I don't like the taste or looks of the food. So this is a preference thing not a condemnation of everything it does. She's a fillipina but I'm British, and although we have a Jolibee not too far away I'm liverpool, my wife wanted to taste it here. I had a chicken burger, which came burning hot, but looked slightly pink on the inside, and I didn't want to risk it, so only had a bit of the battered crispy edges. The batter and cheese they use is not too my taste, but like I said my wife loves it ( and our kids back home) so don't take my word for it try it for yourself if you've never...
