What an absolute gem of a bistro! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a fantastic dining experience.

We started our culinary journey with the Vietnamese Rolls, and wow, were they a burst of fresh flavors! The perfect appetizer to awaken our taste buds.

Next up, the salads. The Mediterranean Salad was a delightful blend of crisp veggies, tangy olives, and creamy feta cheese, all drizzled with a light and flavorful dressing. It was like a taste of sunshine on a plate!

The All Meat Pizza was a carnivore's dream, loaded with generous portions of savory meats atop a perfectly baked crust. And the Spinach Aglio Formaggio Pizza, a delightful twist on a classic, with a heavenly combination of creamy cheeses, vibrant spinach, and al dente pasta.

The pasta dishes were nothing short of spectacular. The Mushroom Pasta was rich and earthy, with a decadent sauce that had us scraping the plate for every last bit. The Salmon Al Crema Pasta, it was cooked to perfection, with tender salmon in a luscious cream sauce that was simply divine.

Ah, the Buttermilk Fried Chicken! How could I forget? Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor in every bite. It was comfort food at its finest and left us craving more.

Baby Back Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, with a finger-licking sauce that had us coming back for seconds. And the Frenched Porkchop? Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection. It was perfectly paired with the mashed potato on the side.

Now, let's talk value. The prices at this bistro were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes of the dishes.

Me and my boyfriend celebrated our anniversary dinner date here in Kashing's Bistro. At first, we were uncomfortable since we were the only customer during that night. Well, it's already 9pm back then so I think that's the reason why. We sat near the door entrance but the staff on duty offered us the VIP room with no hidden charges. We ordered their pumpkin soup, chicken karage, english breakfast and beef biryani. It was really good and I was impressed because all the dishes were served freshly cooked. It was all hot and tasty. Very recommendable and I would love go back there! Perfect for intimate celebration. The only thing we noticed was their parking space, it was really dark and near the cliff. We were just a bit concern about the area since there was no light around...

Amazing customer service. I called to have an advanced order so they can prepare the food before I get there.

I had the tonkatsu ramen. The flavor was a bit odd, but I discovered it was because of the bamboo shoots. I think it's my first time eating those, so that surprised me. It overpowered the broth.

That said, they were actively seeking feedback on the taste of their food. I talked to the chef and gave some notes. He was very receptive and will consider those when adjusting the recipe. He also mentioned that the ramen and pasta noodles are freshly made!

Their ube & quezo ice cream was divine. It's a must try!
