My niece and I wanted to buy a Bini card, as we saw that the price started at 65 pesos. I decided to purchase it for her since she is a huge fan of Bini, and we queued up. When it was our turn, I asked the crew member/cashier while holding my phone to show her the price of the Cheezy Burger starting at 65 pesos (she actually didn’t check). She immediately asked what I wanted to order, and I said “Cheesy Burger.” I wasn’t aware of the prices since I hadn’t bought anything before. She suggested a package, which I thought was expensive, as I only intended to buy the Cheesy Burger with the Bini card. Typically, when customers are unaware of the prices, the crew should inform them so they can make an informed choice.
I placed my order for a Cheesy Burger and waited with my niece by the monitor to see our number, which would indicate when our order was ready. When it was time to claim, I was surprised to find that only the Cheezy Burger was included. I went back to the claiming area and asked another crew member why the Bini card was missing, which was the main reason for my purchase. She said, “The price for that is different, Ma’am. Please go to the cashier for a refund or to upgrade your order.” I then asked, “What should I order to get the Bini card?” She replied, “There is a package for 299 pesos, which includes two cards.” I said, “Okay, thank you!”
I lined up again to upgrade my order and said, “I would like to upgrade my order to get the card.” The crew member did not respond and took a long time to retrieve my receipt. When she got the receipt, she took a deep breath, pressed the monitor very hard, and seemed irritated. I ignored her and waited until she told me I needed to pay an additional 175 pesos to make the total 299 pesos. I then waited in the claiming area for my order.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such poor service. It was disappointing...

I used their self ordering kiosk to order and pay for faster transaction and to avoid lining up again on the counter, but I guess that made me wait for more than I have to. I'm already waiting for 20 minutes when my order number suddenly disappeared on their order tracking monitor. I did not do anything at first and just waited for almost 10 minutes because there might be some updates eventually but that did not happen. I approached one of their staff and presented my order number and receipt to check my order then she gave me another number because apparently, my order number is not reflecting on their system. I told them that it was there at first and just disappeared. So I wait again when I got my new number. Then moments later I saw a few customers that ordered after me got their orders already. My order were just 4 burgers, fries and a jolly hotdog while theirs was a complete meal w/ drinks. This time I approached again, which I believe their supervisor, and followed up my order. I'm already waiting on their claiming counter when finally a staff called my attention that my order is already ready. Not really that contented after I saw how the food was arranged unevenly inside the paper bag. Worst...

I placed the order around 12nn uae time (4pm philippines) i message the store informing about some infos which might be useful kc nd aq familiar sa place and first time nmin mgorder. Sinabi ko pa na tawagan ung recipient just to make sure that they can explain properly the exact location. after 1hr more or less tinanong ko ung bestfriend ko if nrecieve n nila but unfortunately nd pdw kaya lng s website it mentioned na delivered nadaw. So tumawag aq s store which is overseas call just to follow up.. maybe after 10mins nagtanong ako ulit if nreceive na pero wala pdn.. so tumawag ako ulit sa store.. Nakakasad lng kc as i remember 30 mins lng ung promise time ni jollibee or mgiinform cla if mttgalan.. surprise gift pnmn to para sa nanay nya.. they received the order more or less 2pm uae time...
