Manong Kingko Food Park — Restaurant in Bacong

I took my gf here to see a live band. She got her meal fairly quick, but was quickly disappointed with taste. I however waited another 15 minutes before I had to ask when I would recieve my pizza. I got a weird look and then the waitress quickly walked to the kitchen. And told me it would only be a few more minutes. About 10 minutes past and she brought out my pizza. we began to eat out food and enjoy the band, but I noticed my pizza was starting to taste funny so I looked at the pizza dough was not cooked all the way through. I think she or the cook forgot about my order, then rushed to get it out quickly. So I stopped eating my food and just tried to enjoy my drink, as i am not "that guy". We also ordered desserts and I was told the cobbler was mango and my gf ordered halo halo. The waitress brought my gf a mango shake and we told her we ordered halo halo, not a mango shake. And she asked if we wanted additional halo halo with the mango shake as if she wanted us to pay to the shake we never ordered. We later got our desserts and the halo halo looked ok. But I got some type of banana butter cobbler that was horrible, no mango at all. I took one bite and set it aside. I was very disappointed in the service and the food. It's sad because this is a nice facility. Very open and comfortable. But the food and service needs to be completely restructured. Im not usually one to be so critical about first world problems, which is why I just didnt say anything at the time. But when the restarant charges a high price, i would expect quality food and service. We will go to another location to see this band nextime, As of now I wouldn't...

"NEVER AGAIN" Food is ok, but the service is very bad! Waited almost 2hours for the rest of the rice to be served. They're not even answering when will the rice be served. Turned out, they ran out and were still cooking again. We were 7adults and 3kids, and were only given 3 glasses. They gave us those 3 glasses when we asked for a pitcher of water. Only gave us more glasses after we asked for it, when they served the pitcher of iced tea without adding more glasses.

Another group arrived, 30 minutes after we did. And it's so tempting to tell them "abort mission! Mission failed! Your family is going...

VERY POOR SERVICE. They take so so long to serve the food with no complimentary food/drink even just a water. The staff also make my family uncomfortable because they're always in a standby to get the plates to those who are finished eating even though the others are not yet done eating and as far as I know they should wait until we are done dining before they get the plates and clean the table. They didn't even give us the chance to enjoy the food and the live band. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!...
