Ang sarap ng lechon. Unang kagat pa lang, ramdam mo na ang crispy at golden-brown na balat, ang sarap nguyain. Yung karne naman ay napaka-juicy at flavorful. Lahat ng tamang spices at seasoning ay nandoon, na lalong nagpapalasa sa bawat himaymay ng karne. Hindi rin ito masyadong mamantika, kaya’t hindi nakakaumay kahit gaano pa karami ang kainin mo. Tamang-tama ang tamis at alat ng sarsa, na dagdag ng extra layer ng flavor sa lechon. Medyo may kamahalan, pero sulit na sulit naman. Naglilihi yata si Misis, ang layo ng narating namin para lang makabili ng lechon. Weekend lang sila may available na per kilo na lechon! Solid! Highly...
